DynamoKitchen platform is free to join for all customers and service providers. Each chef is independent and determines own menu items and prices. Prices vary based on location, quantity, etc. DynamoKitchen retains small commission from the amount a chef charges, to help operate the platform.
Ordering on DynamoKitchen is simple, fast and easy. Just choose from the list of nearby kitchen/chef, select from their menu or select their featured dish, and pay. You can also search certain cuisine, chef, or a kitchen if you have specific one in mind. You can also contact, connect and communicate with a chef right on the platform, if needed.
Most chefs on DynamoKitchen platform generally offer pick-up/takeout/takeaway service. Dynamo isn’t currently affiliated with food delivery companies. However, chefs may choose to offer delivery service for an additional fee, determine minimum order amount, or specify geographic area/distance. If you need a delivery service, please confirm whether your chef provides that service before finalizing the order.
Your credit card is charged when the order is accepted/confirmed by the chef. Purchases are non-refundable.
