Best Practices for Customers

All Dynamo customers have an important role to play in making DynamoKitchen safe, respectful, and successful platform. Please read and adhere to the following best practices. 

  1. Please be mindful and respectful of the chefs’ time and efforts.
  2. Order ahead and give chefs as much time as possible to shop for the ingredients and prepare the orders. Some chefs may require 48-hour notice to ensure they can meet requests.
  3. Communicate with the chef prior to finalizing the order to avoid any confusion. Be as specific as possible. You can contact and connect with the chefs on their page on DynamoKitchen. You can also call or text, if necessary.
  4. Payments should be made on DynamoKitchen platform. Transactions should not be completed offline.
  5. When picking up your order, please be prompt. When receiving delivery, please be patient.
  6. Please provide truthful, kind and helpful reviews/ratings.
  7. No inappropriate conduct or behaviour is allowed on DynamoKitchen. Any improper activity can result in suspension or even a permanent ban. We expect and encourage everyone to be a great community member.
